Refund

If you receive a damaged product or one with tampered packaging, please refuse the delivery and return it to the delivery person. Inform us via email or WhatsApp with your order details for a replacement or refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are processed only for the product value in cases of eligible returns.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as a store credit once the returned product is verified and approved.

Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days for major cities. For international deliveries, it may take 10–20 working days, depending on the location.

Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS to monitor your shipment status.

Shipping & Returns

The product must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact. An unboxing video is mandatory for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

No, customized products and final sale items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or incorrect.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UPI, mobile wallets, QR codes, and net banking.

Currently, COD is not available. Payments must be made online through the provided payment gateways.
